Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when choosing Oh Relief.

If you wish to make a return, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original condition, with the sealed hygiene bag unopened.

To get started, simply contact us at hello@ohrelief.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

As our products are personal items, returns can only be accepted if the sealed hygiene bag remains unopened. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Once we've received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

A return shipping fee of 69 SEK will be deducted from the refund.
